[Healeys] Air damper seal replacement

I had the same problem.  Just too much involved to try to replace a seal
that is not available.  Add painting the assembly after replacement.  How
much is your time worth?  Both AH Spares and Ahead4Healeys sell the
complete assembly.  That's the route I took for my BN2.
