[Healeys] Air damper seal replacement

I am interested in suggestions on how to replace the rubber seal around the damper in the 100 fresh air intake. On my assembly the damper is riveted to the shaft & I do not see a way to remove it so that I can install a new rubber seal.Gary Hodson
