Have you measured the dampers and asked SU or Joe what should be their measurement? Maybe you got ones that are not to spec as this is a very unusual problem or we would have all heard about such a problem?

Why not ask joe Curto 718-762-7878 He is very helpful and knows all about SU carbs, maybe more than Su/Bulen?
