[Healeys] Pilot Bushing

As Richard pointed out, the oil or grease method often produces little more
than a big mess.
I run a 3/4" UNF tap into the bush, screw in a bolt and pull to out with a
slide hammer.
Invariably successful but always requires a new bush.
