One also has to find out what is the best place to purchase these, some of the suppliers have these available but their rubber bushings are as hard as the rubber supplied for the exhaust mounting brackets while others are soft like the originals.

You eke them through the hole bit by bit using a slotted screwdriver, taking care not to push too hard.  It'll get in there easier than you think.
