Hello
No such animal as a Jaguar B-type.
Inspector Morse’s (John Thaw RIP) car is a Mk II in red with a black vinyl roof.
Amongst other Jaguars we had a blue Mk II as an everyday car. Great car which would fit four kids in the back and a pram in the boot.
Was going well when it stopped suddenly with the flailing of chains from the front of the engine.

Never heard of a "B" type. And, I just watched a DVD about the early history of Jaguars featuring Alain deCadenet. There was no mention of a "B" type that I recall.

Was watching inspector Morse and some Jaguar collector claims he owned a B type Jag. Never heard of one. Was this a mistake or does a B type exist?
