[Healeys] Tach rebuild

With electronic ignition the signal is not strong enough for the Tach to 
work correctly.  You will need to convert to Negative ground and have the 
tach modified to work with electronic ignition.

The joys of modifying the car. Sometime you modify something and then cause 
2 other problems.
