[Healeys] Engine stand

I always thought that an Austin-Healey 6 cyl. Engine with gearbox and overdrive weight 720 pounds or approximately 330 kg. If the numbers I have been told are correct, then I would say that it certainly would support a 6 cyl. Austin-Healey engine. The fact that there are two wheels at the front also help quite a bit and they are far enough apart. I certainly would not go for the engine stands that have only one wheel at the front.

Subject: [Healeys] Engine stand

A quick one. Do you think that this stand is man enough for a 3000’s engine?

Got to be a decent thing and, on four wheels, presumably stable. But, but…..our engines are long and heavy.
What does the team think?
Thanks,
Simon
