[Healeys] Disassembling the Truck Lock

Hello,
 
I am planning to re-chrome the truck lock on my AH 3000 but need to
disassemble it first. How does it come apart? Picture attached. I suspect
there is a secret pin or clip somewhere but I thought it better to ask than
break something.
