[Healeys] Choke cable

A little secret ... I have a 5/8" spark plug socket with the end turned
down so that it just slides into the recess in the wood. A ratchet ring
spanner is used to turn the socket.
I still very much doubt that I  could beat the warrenty time for changing
the pirmary choke cable.
