[Healeys] Steering Mount and Fender Screws

There are 4 holes for the steering column mount so you can adjust the
height of the steering wheel.  Remember, the steering box also pivots so do
not tighten the 3 steering box bolts until after you select the
column/steering wheel height mounting position from one of the 4
alternatives.
