[Healeys] Today's Rant

In Hong Kong, all conduit, bolts nuts, screws, machine screws.... are all
still US sized typically UNC threading. Screws are sold #4 #6 #8 etc.,
All plumbing is still done using BSP threading. Crazy. Alot of european
metric stuff is out there too, but most contracting here still runs on
imperial measurements. You can tell a contractor here what you want done
in gallons and inches, and he will know exactly what you are talking about
even if his English isn't all that good.

Drill bits are metric, however!

Best,

Alan
