[Healeys] Head Gasket?

In the process of putting the head on my 100 engine.  I have a head gasket, but not sure what I have or if it is a good one.  It is copper faced on both sides.  There is no "TOP" marking.  All it has is G-2012F on one side stamped about in the middle almost between the 2 and 3 cylinders. This gasket OK to use?
