Bob,

I didn't get it, but I'm not using Norton.  Don't know if Norton 
supports Linux or not.  I went to the page and looked at the HTML. 
There's nothing there but text and the PayPal button.  The HTML behind 
the PayPal button looks fine to my non-expert eyes. I didn't sleep at a 
Holiday Inn last night. Clicking the button took me to the PayPal site.

You might send your email to mjb so he's aware of the issue.
