What the hell are you talking  about? Miata seats, 5-speed gearbox, 
electronic ignition, alternator, telescopic shocks, 190 horsepower, 195/65 
tyres, !!!! Why not buy a new Miata? Its got all you want!!! and sell your 
Healey. You will get two new Miatas for the selling price of one propper 
Austin-Healey without all this modern stuff.

...yes I bought a stock tonneau from one of the usual suspects, plus some 
matching material. My local trimmer put in the pockets for the headrests.

pretty easy to alter the tonneau to fit; any boatyard/auto upholsterer 
could do so
