[Healeys] What is it?

The Sprite uses a hold down on the vacuum line connected to the right rear of the cylinder head but it is made of steel and much smaller. The part in question appears, from the photo, to be aluminum.  If so, with the bends and holes in it, I would say that this is not an Austin Healey bit.
