[Healeys] Traffiator install woes

Actually Keith the staggered bullets wrapped in no more than 2 layers of
masking tape are considerably smaller in diameter than the inside of the
tube.
With that carefully done (use brake clean to remove the oil before
starting) and the length of mechanics wire secured to the bottom 1 or 2
bullets you will find that the harness will pull through effortlessly.
