[Healeys] Orientation of the fuel sending unit

Forward is correct - the sender needs to descend into the well at the
bottom of the tank. If the sender is toward the rear, the gauge will never
go lower than 1/4 tank because the sender hangs up on the edge of the well.
Folks have run out of gas because of this.
