[Healeys] LED Headlight Conversion advice

Just for some information I can understand.

I installed my LED conversion bulbs in my H4 semisealed headlights today.
Just for my inquiring mind, I checked the battery with the lights off and
got a reading of 12.5 volts.  I started the car and checked the battery
again, getting 13.8 volts.  With the car running and the lights off, I had
a reading of 13.9 volts.  I have an alternator with negative ground.

It appears the LED bulbs do not draw much voltage.  I have no way of
knowing what amperage was drawn in the 3 scenarios.
