Powder coating is good but the finish is not as hard as anodizing would be.

Another option is to have the anodizing remove. Then polish the trim, then have it clear powdered coated

There was a place in Ontario, Canada called Holly’s Anodizing but they have closed at the end of November, so I am not sure where you would go for that now. I know that House of Silver was considering this service not too long ago, will call them next week if they have decided to start doing it.

I have been considering re-anodizing the surround pieces on a hundred but have not been able to find someone to perform this service. Can anyone on list share advice on any firm that can anodize these pieces correctly and or has experience with anyone.
