[Healeys] Turn Signal Bulbholder

Hi Michael,
I encountered the same issue with the early dash in B.#174. After a bit of
adjustment I managed to get the 2 holes essentially concentric and just
squeeze the light body into the gap.

Not easy once the dash is installed I might mention!!
