[Healeys] radiator caps

Years ago my cap leaked at the top part of the neck and it had a small dent on the rolled lip where the metal seal under the top part of the cap mated to it. This imperfection was from the factory. I fixed it by reshaping the rolled lip the best I could seeing how it was a rolled edge and difficult to get under. It still leaked a tiny bit so I made a flat rubber gasket like Lawrence Swift did because I attached a recovery tank to the overflow hose and needed an air tight seal so the fluid would be drawn back in to the radiator when it cooled down. It's worked ever since. Sorry about being long winded but wanted to get the point across.

Make a rubber gasket; worked for me.

Hello,

The Stant 10206 is a good choice. It is a good quality product and matches the OEM 7 psi pressure rating and it can be used with and without a vented coolant overflow tank. The radiator cap has three important jobs: seal the radiator, regulate the pressure of the cooling system and allow coolant to leave the system as it expands and an optional 4th job is to bring coolant back as it contracts. I would not suggest buying a radiator cap that does clearly state the pressure rating. Our older cars won't tolerate a high pressure cooling system.

I got a buck says the Napa cap is made by Stant.  At any rate, both are known--mostly--for decent quality.
Note the issue with Healey caps is the neck of the rad is a non-standard, longish length (inch-and-a-quarter or thereabouts).
