I have a copy of the Austin-Healey 100 Parts Manual AKD 870 printed in Feb 1958. According to its introduction, it replaced the original Parts Manual publication 1050. It covers BN1 and BN2. Whilst it doesn't have any dimensional detail for the gear levers, the part numbers do tie up exactly with your summary. Interestingly, it also lists these odd chassis numbers for the early BN2 gear levers at the BN1 - BN2 changeover:
CE 227505, 227511, 227514, 227536, 227542,228008,228026, then 228047 - 228486.
I expect you already have this information, but in case you don't, I've attached a scan of the relevant pages.
The gear lever on my left hand steer BN2 is about 9" from floor to thread end.
