[Healeys] Paint type and color

That's interesting Curt ... I  have an original badge with most of the red
missing and it is definitely cloisonne.
 If you chip a piece out and heat it it doesn't burn and it eventually
melts into a blob of red and if you let that cool and crush it it shatters.
The reproduction badges have cloissonne in them as well as it ctacks out if
you try to bend the badge ... don't ask me how I know.
