[Healeys] Grease. What is best

In those them days greasing up was customary at least every year or 
somewhere between 1000 and 3000 miles, depending on the circumstances 
and make of car. These day regular greasing is often 
omitted/forgotten/not known. The grease to use is generally 
Multi-purpose Lithium grease.
