Height to rain on your parade guys but down here in beautiful Mt. Martha the 
temperature screamed up to a beautiful 21 degrees Celsius ( 70 degrees 
Celsius )
perfect day for driving a Healey.

Hi Earl nice to see your comments on occasions and see that you are still 
active. Probably won't remember me but I was part of the large Aussie 
contingent at
Breckenridge  and we met on that occasion and I think much later again  at 
the West Coast Meet ( Rendezvous ) which was followed by the tour 
celebrating

I usually try to take my 100M out for a short trip on New Years day however 
here in Alberta this year it was minus 36 Celsius with a wind chill to minus 
44.  (thats minus 40 F).  Decided to wait for warmer weather.  Happy New 
Year to all.  May you and your healers both run smoothly throughout 2018.

Can't leave out us old Canadian Healyites.  What's the best thing a Canadian
Healey owner can do on New Years Day? Take a nice 2 hr. spin in the BJ8 -
the extreme left coast had decent weather today (dry, unsalted roads).  I
doubt that many others in this country were able to do this today!  Sure
felt good.  Now a confession - the top was up.  Guess that makes me the
oldest of the old guys in this discussion.

A happy and prosperous 2018 to all in the Healey world - may all your oil
leaks be small ones.
