[Healeys] Antique Auto Batteries

Anybody know the story with these (presumably) guys?  I've submitted an inquiry via their 'contact us' page, and left a voicemail they promised to return after being stuck on hold for a half-hour (I have to admit their hold 'entertainment' was amusing--the first seven times through).   Are they out of business, or just selling so many faux old batteries they're too busy counting their money to man the phones or support inbox?
