[Healeys] Black faces

Again from the Concours Guidelines. 2018 Edition Pg 91.

* Double front X-braces immediately behind the grille are painted body
color, except some white cars had this brace painted black 44. • Front
inner apron panels fastened to vertical division panels using pan head
Phillips screws and large flat washers, which were also painted body color.
Very early cars have been found to have only the horizontal panel and not
the vertical one. In these cases where the vertical panel is missing, the
two holes located on the front-to-back center portion of the panel are
missing. On OEW 100s where the engine compartment was painted black, these
inner apron panels were also black.*

*44 If you find your car fits the exception document it and restore, as you
believe it was. Otherwise, paint the braces body color. *
