No, the wing spears are correct.

First of all, this is a very nice car, and I think the price is not
unreasonble.  But, there are some, er, 'anomalies:'

1) Note the slight 'pooch' out on the rear doglegs (photos# 1&2).
Dogleg repairs are difficult; often the bottom rear pokes out, giving
the appearance of 'spurs.'  In this case, I think the body man bent the
inner bead out a little to get the bottom line to conform.  A shot right
down the side might show a slight bulge (this is one of those things
where, once you're aware of it jumps out at you).  Otherwise, the panel
fit looks pretty good

2) I don't think that's the correct beading on the splash pan, and
cutting it off at a right angle like this is plain tacky (third photo,
if I've ordered them correctly).  There is beading available that, while
not exactly correct, is thinner.  My late father insisted we wrap it
around the corners here and on the vertical lines so a sharp cut didn't
show.

3) I don't believe the curvature of the 'swage line' extension here is
exactly correct (fourth photo).  I paid $40 for an 'official'
template--a piece of poster board--from Bill Meade.  Then, Rich Chrysler
chided me when he informed me it's the same curvature as the actual
swage line on the 6-cyl cars.

4) I don't believe the hose clamps are correct (except for the one on
the cold air box).  Rich informed me they should be the 'jubilee' type;
similar to the one attaching the hose to the CAB.  I hope he was right,
they are a PITA to install.

5) The bottom flange joining the boot pan and the rear shroud should be
painted flat black (but a can of paint, a brush, and 10 minutes would
fix this).

6) The 'cove' paint looks a little bluish in my browser; should be gloss
black I believe.

Note there are two levels of '100M Registry' certification:
owner-certified, and Registry-certified.  The former requires only a
copy of the BMIHT cert, and the latter requires the cert, plus photos of
several pertinent items on the Ms that are somewhat more difficult to
counterfeit.
