[Healeys] Willl later steering box fit into a BN2

Since posting, I see (from the Moss catalogue) that the top cover of an
early  BN2 steering box and a late BN2 steering box look different.  So,
hopefully, we can tell the difference. It also appears that the late BN2
box is the same as the 100-6 boxes. I sometimes forget what a wonderful
resource the Moss catalogue is.
