[Healeys] Oil in oil/water temp gauge

Good morning,

This morning I tracked a couple of oil spots on my jeans back to the oil
pressure gauge.  There's a bit of oil inside the gauge, and the oil is
seeping out.

Can I fix the gauge myself, or do I need to send it out?

Can this wait a few months until the driving season is over?   What's the
risk of the gauge failing badly and the engine starting to loose oil
pressure?
