[Healeys] Update from Calgary

[i erbs]

I cobbled together a throttle cable using bits from a couple of kits and
machined some parts. John S has been after me to submit an article for his
site. Guess I have a winter project too. I'll try to get to it over our
thanksgiving weekend in the US.
