[Healeys] Thread size

I am trying to gather fasteners for my two piece dash to attach the instrument fascia to the dash. I tried a screw that looked close that was left over from my Bugeye restoration. It looked like a 10-32.  It screwed right in the treaded hole, but when I tried to get a 10-32 die over it the die would start, but not go.  Anyone have any idea what size thread this thread is? Short of drilling and tapping for a 10-32 Helicoil, I would just like to get some nice pan head screws of the correct size.Mike MacLeanMike MacLean
