[Healeys] Engine ID Tag

Hap, did you file a flat on the rivet heads, then cut a slot in them for a screwdriver?  I found them pretty easy to get out by keeping left-turn pressure on the rivet with the screwdriver while tapping the end of the driver.  You do know the rivets have a thread on the shank, don't you?

Has any one been successful replacing the Engine ID Tag?  I tried to tap the rivets in order to back them out.  Rivets too hard to tap.
