[Healeys] washing my car

It works great on road and tire marks. I use it on my race car which gets a ton of black marks after each race. You’ll see most of the race teams doing the same, as it is a good way to touch and inspect the car between races, and we have no water.

This is what I was looking for. Someone who had used the waterless cleaners. Its cold and wet outside right now so this should work. How does it work on Black stuff on the lower rear fenders?
