[Healeys] Xmas closures in the UK

Question to UK subscribers:

I have been trying to reach RaceTech, a UK manufacturer of tachs and other
instruments since last week with no luck.  I now see that there is some
kind of movement to have 10 day closures of small businesses in the UK
around the holidays.  Is this what I am encountering?
