[Healeys] Seat belt anchorage

Hi Guys,

Can anyone help me identify the lower seat belt in the attached pic-
what were they fitted to originally? Does anyone have a spare?

They are both "Britax" brand, the upper one is quite common and has
the metal adjuster plate which rides some way up the belt and gets
slammed in the door, whereas the lower one has the adjuster built into
the lower mounting point. I'd really like to get rid of the floating
adjuster plates to try and reduce the damage to interior panels
