Another detail question for owners of early 100's.

Body #174 had a "Z" shaped bracket between the firewall and the brake supply tank mounting band. Hard to see but just visible in this pre disassembly photo.

and also visible in this one.

​The car that I'm currently restoring, body #793, ​does not have this "Z" bracket and the tank band was secured directly to the firewall. I suspect that the bracket was omitted in a previous restoration.
Anyone with an original car of this era who can confirm this for me.
