[Healeys] Throw out bearing

The original post was about a Toyota 5spd conversion. One has to make a new
fulcrum bolt for the clutch arm to rotate on and the length of this bolt
effects the length of the arm's movement. It is possible to adjust the
throw out bearing's movement on or off the clutch plate.
