lady in our car club has a bj8 that will not start until the choke cable is pulled all the way out. it will easily come out about and inch or so, but if it is not pulled the last 1/4 inch, which is quite a bit harder to pull it seems, it will not start. appears the cables are binding, even though i have replaced them and oiled all choke parts.
