[Healeys] Thread size on shift knob.

Listers,

I always use a 3/8" UNC SS bolt as a handle when I restore original
Bakelite shift knobs. Sanded, dyed, polished, numbers and pattern repainted
and then waxed.

The handle is essential when polishing on a high speed buffer.
