[Healeys] Holes in Painted Surface

Double tape, marker and use one of those stepped drill bits until you 
have the right size hole. Use a variable speed electric drill square on 
the surface and start from zero rpm-slowly. Use some WD40 or machining 
oil for cooling the metal.
