A simple rule as a guide is Ampere=Watt/Volt. So if you have 45 watts of light bulbs you would need A=45/12 = 4. The relays you have found you say are 5 or 10 ampere units, that is what they are capable to handle. So if you use 10 A units you will be on the safe side.
