[Healeys] heater control cover

Hi Dick,
Replacing the heater quadrant panel on a BJ8 is a very different job from
the earlier cars and is quite daunting. It is very hard to access even with
the center console out so be prepared to spend a lot of time in a very
awkward position trying to avoid being impaled on the gear lever.
As I recall we used to estimate something like 4 hours for the job and it
usually wasn't enough.
