[Healeys] #174 has a running problem

Full float bowels argues against a fuel tank ventilation issue.
Depending on temps I could see Vapor lock being an issue.
As the best book I ever read on auto repair taught me:
Fuel,
Air
Spark
Right place
Right time
Right amount
One or more of those is incorrect.
I would suggest duplicating the problem, and as soon as it happens turn off
the key.  coast to the side and pull a float bowel cover.  Is the fuel
level correct?  If yes concentrate on Electrical issues.
