[Healeys] Torque Wrench and Head Studs

Sears sells decent torque wrenches; last time I bought one it was in the $70 range (presume we're talking the 'clicker' type; beam wrenches are typically cheaper). We had one calibrated and it was spot on.
Can't help on the stud dimensions.

Can anyone recommend a decent torque Wrench at a somewhat reasonable b price? In that vein, what is the coarse thread size for the head Studs on the four cylinder model so I can buy a thread chaser tap.
