[Healeys] top frames

As far as I know that early frame fits in the same holes as the hard top.
The later frame fits in holes in the shelf above the wheel arch. These 
holes are a bit larger than the hard top holes.
As Derek mention there is an even earlier frame that is fixed on the car 
in two short rails.
