had this problem years ago on my bj8.  brakes would start to stick after I had driven a few miles on hot days.  would lock at stop lights while waiting.  discovered that the fluid was heating up and expanding which would be no problem except that I had adjusted the brake rod too tight.  loosened it a few turns and the problem disappeared.
