[Healeys] Toe In

Here is my "poor man's" Toe in adjustment tool.  Made from a curtain rod reinforced with shelf brackets.
I first measure the front middle edge of the rims, then measure the back middle edge of the rims. 
Simple, but has worked for me for many years.
