Long as we're on the subject: I've always thought points (pump and ignition) were made of--or at least faced with--tungsten. Anyone know otherwise for a fact?

For the points you can use flower paper followed by a piece of stiff 
carton to clean. Officially one should use a piece of stiff carton only, 
no file, emery cloth, wet and dry, flower paper etc. 
There is no cadmium on the points to wear of. It would not last any 
length of time anyway.
